NoMad can make a lot of sense for private practice when your clients come from different parts of Manhattan and you want an office close to major Midtown destinations.
At Clarity Health + Wellness, our therapy offices are at 276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 604–605, in Midtown Manhattan (NoMad), near Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. We offer furnished therapy rooms for hourly bookings, so your office schedule can reflect how often you actually see clients in person.
Is Clarity Health + Wellness in NoMad?
Yes. Our Fifth Avenue office is in Midtown Manhattan's NoMad area, near Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. The address gives therapists a central location with access to nearby neighborhoods and major transit.
That can be useful when your caseload does not come from a single part of the city. Clients may be arriving from Midtown, downtown Manhattan, the West Side, the East Side, or by commuter rail through Penn Station or Grand Central.
For your own schedule, the location can make it easier to cluster in-person sessions into part of the week without committing to an office farther from the rest of your work.
What Makes a NoMad Therapy Office Suitable for Clinical Work?
A therapy office in NoMad should support privacy, client comfort, and the practical routines of clinical work. Our Fifth Avenue offices include furnished therapy suites, sound-treated rooms, Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, and client waiting rooms.
The rooms use acoustic insulation and white-noise machines to reduce sound transfer between clinical spaces. Clients have a designated place to wait before sessions, which can make arrivals and room transitions easier to manage.
Club Members also have access to our therapist lounge and kitchen. That gives clinicians with several sessions in one day somewhere to work, complete notes, have lunch, or spend time between appointments without booking a therapy room for the break.
You can see our current therapy offices for rent in NYC for more information about the rooms.
Can You Rent a Therapy Office in NoMad by the Hour?
Yes. Our On-Demand Membership lets practitioners reserve furnished therapy rooms by the hour, based on availability.
After onboarding, you manage bookings through Skedda. Reservations have a one-hour minimum, and you can book up to two weeks in advance. A one-time registration fee applies to all memberships; see our membership pricing for current rates.
This setup can fit therapists who see clients in person occasionally, maintain a hybrid practice, or want to cluster sessions into selected days. It gives you access to a professional NoMad office without holding the room during hours you do not plan to use it.
Our On-Demand therapy room rentals page has more detail on that option.
Is NoMad a Good Location for a Hybrid or Part-Time Practice?
NoMad can work well for a hybrid or part-time practice when you want central Manhattan access for the portion of your caseload you see in person. The area gives you a professional base without requiring every clinical hour to happen there.
The membership model matters just as much as the neighborhood. If your in-person schedule changes from week to week, hourly On-Demand access gives you room to adjust. If you want the lounge and community events as well, Club Membership may fit better.
That lets you choose office use based on the shape of your caseload, rather than paying for space that sits unused for much of the week.
What Should You Compare Before Renting a Therapy Office in NoMad?
Compare the location, privacy setup, client waiting experience, booking rules, and membership options before choosing an office. These details affect your day more than surface-level office aesthetics.
Useful questions include whether the location works for your clients, whether the rooms are sound-treated, how far in advance you can reserve space, and whether you can book by the hour.
Pay attention to what is included outside the therapy room too. A waiting room can change the client arrival experience. A lounge may matter if you spend several hours on site. A clear scheduling system becomes more valuable once you are managing regular in-person work.

How Can You Choose the Right NoMad Office Setup?
Start with how often you expect to work in person.
If your schedule changes from week to week, hourly On-Demand access may give you enough flexibility. If you want the lounge and community events too, Club Membership may be the better fit. Club Members who need the same room every week can ask about Dedicated Time, a separate contract option for recurring weekly space.
To compare the options, start with our NYC therapy office rentals.
Book a Discovery Call to talk through your schedule and which setup fits your practice. After the call, the next step is an in-person tour of our Fifth Avenue offices.
