Club Membership is designed for practitioners who want a consistent, professional environment where you can structure your day, move between sessions without leaving the space, and work alongside other clinicians building their practices.

This membership is best suited for those who:

  • Are seeing clients regularly or building toward a steady caseload.

  • Want a stable, professional setting without committing to a traditional lease.

  • Value continuity in their client experience.

  • Want space to arrive early, reset between sessions, and complete notes on-site.

  • Are looking for connection within a broader therapist community in NYC.

What’s Included

    • Access to fully furnished, sound-treated therapy rooms designed for privacy.

    • Discounted hourly room rates.

    • Booking through Skedda, up to two weeks in advance.

    • Option to secure recurring weekly time through a Dedicated Time agreement.

    • Access to our private therapist lounge (amenities including a computer work station, shredder, printer, and couches).

    • Access to a private kitchen (with complimentary food and drinks, including coffee and tea).

    • Space to complete notes, prepare for sessions, or decompress between clients, without booking extra room time.

    • Client iPad check-in at entry, with text notification when a client arrives.

    • Consistent, professional setting for ongoing care.

    • Waiting areas designed to support a calm and structured arrival experience.

    • Herbal tea and filtered water.

    • Invitations to Clarity Chats, workshops, and professional events.

    • Ongoing opportunities for therapist networking and peer support.

    • A shared environment with other therapists in private practice.

    • Booking window: Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance.

    • Minimum booking time: 1 hour - Practitioners are expected to structure sessions within a 55-minute hour, allowing time for transition, client departure, and room turnover before the next reservation begins.

    • Cancellation policy: Changes and cancellations must be made at least one day before the booking.

    • Onboarding timeline: Typically 5 to 7 business days after all required documents are submitted.

    • Registration fee: A one-time $100 registration fee applies to all memberships.

    All practitioners complete credential verification and onboarding before accessing the space.

Pricing

Club Membership is offered at $195 per month and includes discounted hourly room rates, which vary depending on room type and time of day. Practitioners have access to interior, standard, and premium rooms, with lower rates available during off-peak hours. A one-time registration fee of $100 applies upon joining.

Dedicated Time

An Additional Option for Club Members

If you need guaranteed weekly space, a Dedicated Time agreement is available.

  • Requires a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per week in the same room.

  • Includes discounted hourly rates.

  • Secures recurring availability beyond the standard booking window.

  • Cancellations are not permitted unless the building is closed due to a holiday or severe weather.

This option is typically used by practitioners with a consistent weekly schedule who want reliability beyond standard booking access.
