With this option, you get a professional business address for licensing, billing, and documentation, along with secure mail handling and the option to book therapy rooms when needed. For many practitioners, this creates a structure that supports flexibility while still maintaining credibility and compliance.

This membership is best suited for those who:

  • Work remotely or in a hybrid model.

  • *Need a virtual business address in NYC for licensing or DEA registration.

  • Want to separate their personal and professional address.

  • Do not require consistent in-person office space.

  • Want the option to access space when needed, without committing to ongoing room use.

*Important: The business address can only be used or registered with the DEA once your membership agreement is active and onboarding is complete.

    • Booking window: Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance.

    • Minimum booking time: 1 hour - Practitioners are expected to structure sessions within a 55-minute hour, allowing time for transition, client departure, and room turnover before the next reservation begins.

    • Cancellation policy: Changes and cancellations must be made at least one day before the booking.

    • Onboarding timeline: Typically 5 to 7 business days after all required documents are submitted.

    • Registration fee: A one-time $100 registration fee applies to all memberships.

    All practitioners complete credential verification and onboarding before accessing the space.

Pricing

Virtual Membership is offered at $95 per month and includes a virtual office address in NYC with optional mail handling add-ons. Hourly room rates align with On-Demand pricing, typically ranging from $30 to $50 per hour depending on room type and time of day. A one-time registration fee of $100 applies upon joining.
