There are also those who simply need a professional address without regular use of an office space.
At Clarity Health + Wellness, we’ve created a model that thoughtfully supports all of these needs within one cohesive system.
Our approach is grounded in the real experiences of private practice. Whether you’re looking to access space as needed, establish a steady routine, or simply maintain a professional presence, we provide an environment that supports your work and reflects the quality of care you offer.

✔ DEA-compliant business address for licensing and billing.
✔ Secure mail receipt and handling.
✔ Ability to book therapy rooms with the same access and room rates as On-Demand Membership.

All memberships operate within the same core environment, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both Clarity Health + Wellness member therapists and the clients they serve.
Fully furnished, sound-treated therapy rooms designed for privacy.
Secure, high-speed Wi-Fi and maintained office space.
Client waiting areas for a consistent arrival experience.
Online room scheduling through Skedda.
HIPAA-aligned practices, including a Business Associate Agreement.
Access to printers, office supplies, and shared amenities.
Individually controlled climate systems in each room for personalized heating and air conditioning.
Club Membership extends beyond this with access to member-only practitioner spaces and community events.

There are a few operational details that apply across all memberships:
Booking window: Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
Minimum booking time: 1 hour - Practitioners are expected to structure sessions within a 55-minute hour, allowing time for transition, client departure, and room turnover before the next reservation begins.
Cancellation policy: Changes and cancellations must be made at least one day before the booking.
Onboarding timeline: Typically 5 to 7 business days after all required documents are submitted.
Registration fee: A one-time $100 registration fee applies to all memberships.
All practitioners complete credential verification and onboarding before accessing the space.

If you’re seeing clients regularly, our Club Membership provides a more consistent setup, along with access to shared spaces and Clarity Health + Wellness community events.
On-Demand Membership
If your schedule varies or you’re building gradually, our On-Demand Membership allows you to book space as needed without committing to a fixed schedule.
Virtual Membership
If you primarily need a professional address for licensing, billing, or compliance purposes, our Virtual Membershipsupports licensing, billing, and compliance, with the flexibility to book rooms when in-person sessions are required.
